Discovery Festival (September 28) is a progressive night festival that revolves around experimentation and discovering new things. After six successful editions of Discovery Festival in Amsterdam, curious audiences can now also enjoy it in Rotterdam and Eindhoven. Each city examines a different aspect of science, which is exactly how The Cre8ion.Lab approached this project. We based the development of the branding, campaign imagery, and website on science and experimentation.
The Cre8ion.Lab wouldn't be The Cre8ion.Lab if we hadn't dived into the laboratory for this. We visited TU Eindhoven where we donned our lab coats and, under the guidance of a real laboratory technician, carried out a number of experiments. These experiments immediately formed the basis for the campaign imagery, including flyers, posters, and t-shirts. Each city has its own website showcasing a different experiment. Therefore, each site has its own identity, but clearly forms a part of the whole.
