Question

MartiniPlaza is the home of large international productions in the fields of theater, top sports, and trade fairs. The largest event location in Northern Netherlands needed a new website focused more on the business visitor. 

 

Approach

We developed a website with a fresh and dynamic appearance and clear navigation. With attention to both the audience and the business user, the entire target audience is served. The sense of show and entertainment plays a significant role in this.

 

Result

The new site improves the conversion rate for ticketing, growth in upsell and cross-sell such as packages and restaurant bookings for performances, and enhances lead generation for various business PMC’s. Additionally, we developed a custom narrowcasting module that centrally controls all 60 screens via a feed with current routing. This allows for quick content distribution and top-level crowd management.
