Question
Officials, unite! Can we design a smart tool to keep track of the resources, tasks, and responsibilities of 340 municipalities, countless social services, and various collaborations? Sure!
Approach
Together with Checkpoint, we developed Checkpoint-IC, a web-based application in the field of quality measurement for municipalities and the business market. We handled the implementation, visual identity, marketing materials, and hosting ourselves.
Result
Checkpoint-IC keeps every cent under control and within the legal frameworks. Within a few years, we welcomed over 15% of the Dutch market as customers. More and more municipalities and other organizations are using Checkpoint. The success is underscored by partnerships with parties such as Wolters Kluwer’s Schulinck and Deloitte.
The implementation and hosting is an ongoing technical process. With a dedicated scrum team and in-house developers, we brought this complex assignment to realization. With special attention to safety, GDPR, and ISO 27001. We are actively working every day to further develop Checkpoint, such as with reports that provide even more insights.
